PRODUCT RETURNS

General Returns

If you decide you don’t like your basket we will be happy to accept returns, and refund you for the item as long as it is returned to us within 14 days of purchase.

Returned products must be in the same condition as was received, complete with original labels attached. Used or customer damaged items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Returns that are accepted will be refunded and paid within 30 days.

This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault. Unfortunately we can’t refund the cost of shipping and we do require you to pay for the postage of your returned items.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. We advise you to send this as recorded post, or keep a copy of proof of postage in the event that the package goes missing.

Damaged in Transit

If your basket arrives damaged in the post and you would like to return it, we will of course be happy to reimburse for the item and the cost of shipping as long as you let us know about the damaged basket within 1 week of receiving your item/s.

You must include your order number. You may also wish to fill out our Returns Form below to advise us of an intended return. For you assistance, when you submit this form an email will be sent to you with a PDF of the return details that you can then print off to send back with your return.
