About Us
Injabulo was established in 2001. Whilst living in South Africa we were struck by the talents of the native people and their ability to make beautiful goods and decided to bring some of the high quality crafts available to the UK market. At the same time it was important to us that the people employed in making the crafts were all being given a chance to change their impoverished lives and were not being exploited. We have visited all our suppliers and can confidently offer these goods to you knowing that no one is being exploited and each and every worker is receiving a fair wage.

Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

Please ensure that you provide your home address detail even if the delivery address is different as we may need to contact you.

Soon after you have made your purchase you will receive an e-mail detailing the transaction.

We accept credit and debit card payments. We accept on-line orders from the United Kingdom and overseas, all prices are in UK pounds.

We accept Switch, Visa, Mastercard, Delta and Solo payment or by cheque ( UK cheques with bank card number). You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, postal mail or over the Internet ( we suggest that you use the server incorporated within the site).

Unfortunately we cannot accept JCB or Electron cards.
Shipping And Handling It is our intention to keep these charges to a minimum. Post & Packing will be free UK mainland only. European and overseas orders will be charged by weight. The final cost of your order will be amended to show this.
Larger Packages will be sent via Parcelforce or courier whichever is going to be the most practical and cost effective.

Most items will be delivered within 48 hours of dispatch to UK mainland. Larger items will take between 5-10 days. If you require an item urgently please let us know and we will arrange overnight courier delivery. This charge will be added to your bill unless the order is of value of £100 or more.

Overseas orders may be subject to taxes and duty on arrival in the country of delivery. Injabulo is not responsible for these charges.
Delivery Schedule We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours of receipt Monday to Friday. However, this may not always be possible but we will undertake to dispatch your order within 7 business working days of receipt. If for any reason we are unable to do so we shall contact you and explain the problem, giving you the chance to cancel your order.

Back Orders We endeavour to have all items displayed in stock and use a stock control system that will not allow out of stock items to be purchased. However, on occasion, an item may become out of stock. If this occurs we will notify you and offer to "back-order" the item for you. If the item is part of a larger order we will dispatch the available items as normal and then the"back ordered" item at no additional cost to you. You will always be e-mailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, VAT applies at 17.5% . All prices displayed ALREADY INCLUDE any necessary UK taxes. For overseas customers you may have to pay additional taxes and duty at the "port of entry" in accordance with your local customs law etc.
Credit Card Security All Credit card numbers are collected via Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption - look for the golden padlock at the bottom of the window. Your order and credit card details are encrypted, they are not held in clear text on any web site. This technology is the industry standard and among the best and safest software available for secure payment transactions.

Complaints Procedure

If you are unhappy with any of our products or services please contact us by e-mail, fax or post. All complaints will be acknowledged within 5 working days and treated in confidence. We will advise you regarding the progress of your complaint on a regular basis and also how long it will take to resolve the complaint.

The office is normally manned for 0900-1700 Monday to Thursday and from 0900-1130 on Friday. There is an answer phone so if you are unable to get through you can leave a message.
Privacy Policy Injabulo do not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option.

Returns Policy Under the "The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000" you have the right to cancel your order within 7 days after the day you received your goods. Please contact us as soon as possible if this is your intention.
The regulations state that we must provide you with a full refund within 30 days of the cancellation.

We will request that you return the goods in the condition they were received at your own cost. If the consumer does not return the goods, a deduction will be made from the refund to cover the cost of collecting the goods.

If in the rare event that the goods are faulty or " not suitable for the use that they were intended for" we will offer a replacement or refund monies paid if the goods are returned within 28 days unless a fault is caused by neglect, misuse or by accident.
