How to Order


We know that not everyone likes to order online and we have therefore made it possible for you to order in a variety of ways.

You can place your order directly from the website using the online store and pay online with your credit or debit card.

You telephone us on 01832 274881 and we can personally handle your order - we always enjoy speaking with our customers and finding out what you are up to!

You can send us your order through the post

Buying Online

Simply use the top and left hand side navigation bars to browse through our range of products.

To find out more information on that product simply click the products image.

To purchase this product click the "add to basket", link. You will then be given options to continue browsing through the website adding as many products as you require or alternatively, click the "checkout" button and have your credit card details ready. This is a straight-forward and completely secure process. The website is encrypted to protect your credit card details.

Once you are happy with your order, you will need to review and check the following information to ensure that it is correct:
• Contents of your Order
• Delivery Address
• Your Payment Details

Once this is done, we will then send you an automatic email confirming your order. Please retain a copy of the order e-mail for your records.

Ordering by Telephone

If you prefer to place an order via telephone, please contact us on 01832 274881 and we will handle your order. Telephone orders are available between 9.30am - 4.30pm, Monday - Friday.
Please note that if the telephone is busy it will take you straight to our answering machine so please leave your details and we shall call you back as soon as possible.
